PreachReady provides sermon illustrations, including a weekly curated delivery and an on-demand builder that generates illustrations using artificial intelligence. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use PreachReady.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• PreachReady offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; you will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions; contact us to request a refund.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and exercising your own judgment before using any content. PreachReady does not provide theological, legal, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of generated content for any purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Resell or redistribute the service or access to it without our permission.

Intellectual property

The PreachReady platform, software, and brand are owned by Summit Technologies Inc and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the illustrations you generate for your own sermon preparation and ministry. Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using PreachReady at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Technologies Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Technologies Inc from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of PreachReady after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
